Section 20-19-7-13 - Assistance to school corporations(a) Upon the request of a school corporation that is required to submit a corrective action plan, the DUAB and other appropriate state departments and agencies shall: (1) assist the school corporation in developing the corrective action plan; and(2) provide technical assistance to the school corporation.(b) The DUAB and any other state departments or agencies that provide assistance to a school corporation under this section are not responsible for implementing the corrective action plan.Amended by P.L. 236-2023,SEC. 141, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by P.L. 184-2023,SEC. 23, eff. 7/1/2023.Added by P.L. 213-2018SP1,SEC. 15, eff. 7/1/2018.
