Section 16-42-5-10 - Floors; construction; washing(a) The floor of a food establishment must be made of nonabsorbent material that can be flushed with water.(b) The floor of a food establishment must be kept washed clean with detergent and water.Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-20-12.
