Section 14-8-2-188 - "Operate" "Operate" has the following meaning:
(1) For purposes of IC 14-15, the act of navigating, driving, steering, sailing, rowing, paddling, or otherwise moving or exercising physical control over the movement of a watercraft. However, the term does not include a watercraft that is anchored or moored.(2) For purposes of IC 14-16-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-16-1-4.Pre-1995 Recodification Citations: subdivision (1) formerly 14-1-1-1 part; subdivision (2) formerly 14-1-3-1(c); subdivision (3) formerly 14-1-3.5-1 part.
