Section 14-8-2-14 - "Area"

"Area" has the following meaning:

(1) For purposes of IC 14-23-7, the meaning set forth in IC 14-23-7-1.

(2) For purposes of IC 14-31-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-31-1-2.
