Section 14-26-8-29 - Remonstrance against surveyor's final report; new report(a) In making an order for a new report, the court shall fix the time when the surveyor shall report.(b) When a new report is made and filed, a person whose land is reported as affected in the report may remonstrate within the same time and for the same causes that are allowed to remonstrate against the first report.
