Section 13-25-4-27 - Action or claims; effect of chapter; immunity for liability for claims or contributions(a) This chapter does not affect an action or a claim, including a claim for contribution, that a person who implements or completes an approved response action has or may have against a third party.(b) A person who implements or completes an approved response action under this chapter may not be held liable for claims or contribution concerning matters addressed in the response action.Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.7-15.
