Section 13-13-8-5 - Technical representatives for ex officio members

Except as provided in section 4(a)(1)(A) of this chapter, an ex officio member of the board may designate in writing a technical representative to serve as a voting member of the board when the ex officio member is unable to attend a board meeting.
