Section 13-11-2-179.9 - "Recycler"(a) "Recycler", for purposes of sections 31.1 and 31.2 of this chapter and IC 13-20.5, means an individual or public or private entity that accepts covered electronic devices from covered entities and collectors for the purpose of recycling.
