Section 13-11-2-16.8 - "Biomass gasification facility"

"Biomass gasification facility", for purposes of IC 13-20-10.5, means a facility that incorporates equipment to carry out a thermochemical process that, with little or no oxygen present, converts biomass into a synthesis gas.
