Section 13-11-2-142.7 - "Nontransient noncommunity water system"

"Nontransient noncommunity water system", for purposes of IC 13-18-17 and IC 13-18-20.5, means a public water system that is not a community water system that regularly serves the same twenty-five (25) or more persons at least six (6) months per year.
