Section 12-14-2-4.9 - Emergency rulemaking(a) The division may adopt emergency rules under IC 4-22-2-37.1 to implement section 5 of this chapter. An emergency rule adopted under this section expires on the earlier of:(1) one (1) year after the date on which the rule was accepted for filing under IC 4-22-2-37.1(e); or(b) This section expires July 1, 2024.Added by P.L. 103-2023,SEC. 11, eff. 7/1/2023.
