Section 11-14-2-4 - Selection of offenders; rules

The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 concerning criteria for the selection by the department of youthful offenders to participate in boot camp, including the following:

(1) A participant must not have a physical limitation that would preclude participation in strenuous activity.

(2) A participant must not be mentally impaired.
