Section 625 ILCS 5/1-159.2 - Personally identifying information

Information that identifies an individual, including his or her driver's license number, name, address (but not the 5 digit zip code), date of birth, height, weight, hair color, eye color, email address, and telephone number, but "personally identifying information" does not include information on vehicular crashes , driving violations, and driver's status.
