Section 725 ILCS 185/30 - [Effective 7/1/2025]

Records and statistics shall be maintained by local pretrial services agencies of their operations and effect upon the criminal justice system, with monthly reports submitted to the circuit court and the Office on a uniform statistical form developed by the Supreme Court.
