Section 225 ILCS 447/45-45 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2029] Prima facie proof

An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , is prima facie proof that:

(1) the signature is that of the Secretary ; and

(2) the Secretary is qualified to act.
