Section 225 ILCS 110/25 - [Section Scheduled to be Repealed 1/1/2028] Order or Certified Copy; Prima Facie Proof

An order or certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary , is prima facie proof that:

(a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary ;

(b) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and

(c) the Board and its members are qualified to act.
