Section 10 ILCS 5/6-55 - Cancellation of registration of criminals and of deceased persons

The board of election commissioners shall obtain the reports provided for by sections 6-61 and 6-62 of this Article and shall cancel the registration of criminals and of deceased persons whose names are reported to it.
