Programs conducted by the Institute shall, at a minimum, include instruction in those subjects necessary for the certification of its students in accordance with rules and regulations of the Division of Personnel Standards and Education in the Office of the State Fire Marshal. The Institute may develop and conduct programs which extend beyond the scope of those presently certified by the Division of Personnel Standards and Education.
