Section 110 ILCS 930/9 - Terms of award

After a person has been accepted into the DFI , the individual shall be eligible for an annual award which may be renewable for up to an additional 3 years provided that he or she makes satisfactory progress toward completing his or her degree. The Program Board shall determine the award amount annually.
