Section 110 ILCS 805/2-11

The State Board in cooperation with the four-year colleges is empowered to develop articulation procedures that maximize freedom of transfer among and between community colleges and baccalaureate-granting institutions, consistent with minimum admission policies established by the Board of Higher Education.
