Section 54-2922 - REPORTING OF NAME OR ADDRESS CHANGE

All licensed audiologists, speech-language pathologists, speech-language pathology aides and assistants, and hearing aid dealers and fitters shall immediately report to the board any name change or changes in business and home addresses .
