Section 54-2108 - CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR LICENSURE(1) All applicants for licensure or certification, or for reinstatement after the license or certification has lapsed pursuant to section 54-2112(3), Idaho Code, must submit to a fingerprint-based criminal history check in accordance with section 67-9411A, Idaho Code. (2) This section shall apply to individuals only.
