Section 49-669 - SNOWMOBILE OPERATION LIMITED(1) No person shall operate a snowmobile on any controlled-access highway.(2) No person shall operate a snowmobile on any other highway except when crossing the highway at a right angle, when use of the highway by other vehicles is impossible because of snow, or when the operation is authorized by the authority having jurisdiction over the highway.[49-669, added 1988, ch. 265, sec. 188, p. 673.]
