Section 431:10D-302 - General life insurance provisions applicable

The following [sections] of part I of this article shall apply to industrial life insurance policies:

(1)431:10D-104;

(2)431:10D-108;

(3)431:10D-109;

(4)431:10D-110; and

(5)431:10D-116.
