Section 143B-1409 - Conditions for providing enhanced 911 serviceNo CMRS provider is required to provide enhanced 911 service until all of the following conditions are met:
(1) The CMRS provider receives a request for the service from the administrator of a PSAP that is capable of receiving and utilizing the data elements associated with the service.(2) Repealed by 2023 N.C. Sess. Laws 137,s. 49-e.(3) The local exchange carrier is able to support the requirements of enhnced 911 service.N.C. Gen. Stat. § 143B-1409
