Section 143-320 - Definitions

As used in this Article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Department" means the Department of Environmental Quality.

(2) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Environmental Quality.

(3) Repealed by Session Laws 2019-20, s. 4(b), effective June 3, 2019.
