Cited. 37 Conn.Supp. 767 ; 38 CS 675 ; Id., 689. Subsec. (a): Subdiv. Subsec. (f): Defendant was ineligible for pretrial alcohol education program because she was the holder of a commercial driver's license at the time she was charged with violating Sec. 14-227a concerning operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. 110 CA 836.
