Current with legislation from the 2024 Regular and Special Sessions effective through July 1, 2024.
The Commissioner of Consumer Protection may adopt regulations, in accordance with chapter 54, to carry out the provisions of sections 42-330 to 42-333, inclusive. Such regulations may establish an alternative dispute resolution program to investigate and adjudicate disputes arising under sections 42-330 to 42-333, inclusive.
