Section 16a-46l - Home Energy Solutions audit information for recipients of funds from Operation Fuel, Incorporated and agencies administering state fuel assistance programs

On and after July 1, 2013, Operation Fuel, Incorporated and agencies administering state fuel assistance programs shall provide a recipient of funds (1) information regarding the Home Energy Solutions audit, and (2) an application form for said audit.
