Current with legislation from 2024 effective through July 1, 2024.
Not later than December 31, 2024, and each December thirty-first thereafter, the Department of Education shall calculate an estimated amount that each town may receive under the provisions of section of the general statutes, for the next fiscal year using data collected during the current fiscal year, and notify each such town of such estimated amount.
