Section 5-64-6 - Applicant qualifications - Permit applications - Fees - Exemptions(a) When filing an application for a license the applicant must present evidence of: (1) Completion of a baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate degree with a program in nutrition or dietetics; and(2) Completion of a board-approved, planned, continuous experience in dietetic practice of not less than nine hundred (900) hours under the supervision of a registered dietitian or dietitian/nutritionist licensed in the state; and(3) Passing an examination.(b) Each application shall be accompanied by a fee as set forth in § 23-1-54.P.L. 1988, ch. 643, § 1; P.L. 1989, ch. 545, § 1; P.L. 1991, ch. 385, §1; P.L. 2001 , ch. 77, art. 14, §25; P.L. 2007 , ch. 73, art. 39, §22; P.L. 2012 , ch. 241, art. 9, § 25.
