Section 45-32-27 - Filing of resolution, plat, and declarationWithin six (6) months after the adoption of a resolution pursuant to § 45-32-26, the agency shall file in the land evidence records of the city or town where the real property is located:
(1) A copy of the resolution;(2) A plat showing the real property taken or affected;(3) A declaration signed by the chairperson or vice-chair person; that the real property or estate, or interest in it, is taken pursuant to the provisions of chapters 31 - 33 of this title and indicating the nature and extent of the estate or interest in the real property taken as already stated.R.I.
