Section 31-19.3-2 - Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Motorized bicycles" has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3(n).

(2) "Motorized tricycles" has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3(p).

(3) "Motor scooters" has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3(r).
