Section 132B:6J - Pesticide use as part of supervised training programs at vocational, technical and agricultural schools

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, sections 6C to 6I, inclusive, shall not apply to the spraying, release, deposit or application of any pesticide made as a part of a supervised training program at any of the state-aided and approved vocational-technical or agricultural schools in the commonwealth.
