Current through Chapters 1 to 259 and Chapters 261 to 341 of the 2024 Legislative Session
One copy or more of the annual report and of any special report of a town shall annually, on or before the last day of May, be transmitted by the town clerk to the state library, and until such transmission the publications distributed by the commonwealth shall be withheld from the town.
