Current through Chapters 1 to 249 and Chapters 253 to 255 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The cargo manifests or invoices or copies of the cargo manifests or invoices and any other records required under this chapter or regulations of the department shall be maintained for a period of four years after the date on which the document or other record is prepared and be open for inspection by said department at all reasonable times.
