Section 327.42 - Mooring to or damaging of uniform waterway markers prohibited(1) No person shall moor or fasten a vessel to a lawfully placed uniform waterway marker, except in case of emergency or with the written consent of the marker's owner.(2) No person shall willfully damage, alter, or move a lawfully placed uniform waterway marker.s. 1, ch. 72-20; s.12, ch. 2009-86.
