Section 47-2855.05 - Collection and deposit of fees

All fees collected by the Department under this subchapter shall be deposited with the D.C. treasurer and credited to the Corporate Recordation Fund ("Fund") as defined in § 29-102.13.

Application of Law 19-210: Section 7 of D.C. Law 19-210 provided that the act shall apply as of January 1, 2012.
