Section 31-335 - Confidentiality(a) Documents, materials, and other information, including the Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure, in the possession or control of the Commissioner that are obtained by, created by, or disclosed to the Commissioner or any other person under this act shall be treated as confidential pursuant to the standards set forth in section 8 of the Risk Management and Own Risk Solvency Assessment Act of 2018, effective March 28, 2019 (D.C. Law 22-269; D.C. Official Code § 31-4121.07 ).(b) Documents obtained by, created by, or disclosed to the Commissioner or any other person under this act that are already in the public domain shall not be subject to the confidentiality provisions described in subsection (a) of this section.Added by D.C.
