Section 31-332 - Applicability and scope(a) This act shall apply to all insurers domiciled in the District.(b) Nothing in this act shall be construed to prescribe or impose corporate governance standards and internal procedures beyond that which are required under applicable District law or to limit the Commissioner's authority, or the rights or obligations of third parties, under the Law on Examinations, effective October 21, 1993 (D.C.
