Section 3-1208.83 - Limitations(a) A registered school psychologist shall not practice psychology as defined under section 102(16)(A)(i) or (ii) without the authorization required for such practice.(b) A psychology associate shall not practice psychology except under the supervision of a licensed health services psychologist.Added by D.C.
