Section 4359 - Short title

This subchapter may be cited as the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision.

Section 4 of the 2024 amendment provides that upon the effective date [August 12, 2024] of the bill, any outstanding balances owed on the repealed fees formerly set out in the second sentence of this section shall be discharged.
