Section 9-c - Rules and regulations

The corporation shall, assisted by the commissioner of economic development and in consultation with the department of economic development, promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the state administrative procedure act. Such rules and regulations shall be consistent with the program plan required by subdivision nineteen of section one hundred of the economic development law.
