Section 16-ee - Loans to social and economic equity applicants

The corporation is authorized, on the recommendation of the state cannabis control board, to provide low interest or zero-interest loans to qualified social and economic equity applicants and to provide funds necessary for the provision of such loans, as provided for in article four of the cannabis law.
