N.Y. Pub. Health Law § 3366

Section 3366 - [Repealed Effective six months after full cannabis control board created by Cannabis Law has been appointed] and [Repealed Effective 7/5/2028] Reports by registered organizations
1. The commissioner shall, by regulation, require each registered organization to file reports by the registered organization during a particular period. The commissioner shall determine the information to be reported and the forms, time, and manner of the reporting.
2. The commissioner shall, by regulation, require each registered organization to adopt and maintain security, tracking, record keeping, record retention and surveillance systems, relating to all medical marihuana at every stage of acquiring, possession, manufacture, sale, delivery, transporting, distributing, or dispensing by the registered organization, subject to regulations of the commissioner.
