Section 38-29-141 - Penalties(1) No person may: (a) Sell, transfer, or in any manner dispose of a manufactured home in this state without complying with the requirements of this article.(b) (Deleted by amendment, L. 89, p. 1573, § 8, effective January 1, 1990.)(2) Any person who violates any of the provisions of subsection (1) of this section for which no other penalty is expressly provided commits a class 2 misdemeanor.Amended by 2021 Ch. 462, § 685, eff. 3/1/2022.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 1462, § 1, effective June 15.
