Section 25-4-712 - Unlawful acts(1) It is unlawful for any person:(a) To make a material misstatement or provide false information to the department during an official disease investigation;(b) To violate a provision of this part 7 or a rule promulgated pursuant to this part 7;(c) To aid or abet another in a violation of this part 7 or a rule promulgated pursuant to this part 7;(d) To refuse to permit entry or inspection in accordance with section 25-4-710.(e) to (k) (Deleted by amendment, L. 94, p. 1298, § 5, effective July 1, 1994.)L. 83: Entire part R&RE, p. 1063, § 1, effective March 1.
