Subsection (1) is similar to former § 12-71-102(1); subsection (2) is similar to former § 12-71-103(1); subsection (3) is similar to former § 12-71-103(2); subsections IP(4) and (4)(a) are similar to former § 12-71-102(2); and subsection (4)(b) is similar to former § 12-71-102(3), as those sections existed prior to 2019.
