(a) On conclusion of each step of a grievance proceeding, a copy of the grievance and its disposition shall be given to the grievant and the grievant's representative.(b) A copy of the grievance and disposition required to be provided under subsection (a) of this section may be transmitted electronically.Amended by 2014 Md.
