Section 9-118 - State Lottery Fund(a) There is a State Lottery Fund.(b) Except as otherwise specifically provided by law:(1) the Agency shall account to the Comptroller for all of the revenue under this subtitle; and(2) the Comptroller shall credit the revenues to the State Lottery Fund.(c) A system of voucher deposits may be used for:(2) payout of commissions; and(3) reimbursement for money paid out for prizes or commissions.
